Automation Group

• Machine controlled via operator panel.

• Screen: 7″ touchscreen.

• Meter data, line speed, take-up and pay-off motor current and speeds will be monitored on screen.

• Meter and line speed controlled via encoder.

• Take-up traversing step adjustments and turning points controlled from screen.

• Traversing turning points can be recorded instantly, enabling neat winding when reel dimensions change.

• When operating in speed mode, pay-off works synchronized with elevator control.

• Elevator pressure adjustment can be set from the screen.

• IP regulators will be used for pressure control.

• Pay-off and take-up units will have raise-lower, open-close, and emergency stop buttons on the stands.

• Traversing corner turns secured with sensors, end sensors will be installed.

• Pinhol open/close levels secured with safety sensors.

• Pinhol lifting/lowering levels secured with safety sensors.

• Line can be reversed for rewind when required.

• Line stops when meter is full.

• When meter is reset, previous meter value will remain visible on screen.
