Pinhol opening-closing with 2 pcs 1.1kW Gamak brand geared AC motors.

The opening-closing gearbox to be used will be Yılmaz brand, 63 body.

Opening-closing motors will be double-sided. Thus, both pinholes can be controlled separately or together as needed.

Pinhol opening-closing with yellow nuts.

Centering bearing at the ends of the opening-closing shafts for shaft centering.

Pinhol lifting-lowering will be hydraulic.

Hydraulic power will have a lifting capacity of 5 tons.

Pinhol lifting-lowering bearings will be made of bronze material.

Pinhols will be two-stage, with ⌀80 and ⌀100, providing operation from 630mm reels up to 1250mm reels.

The drive motor will operate according to the accumulator. The accumulator will be maintained at the desired operating point.
