COOLING TROUGH

The cooling trough will be 12 meters long and double-layered.

It has 5 cooling rows (3 rows from the top cooling channel and 2 rows from the bottom), providing a cooling capacity of 60 meters.

Two-row cooling pulleys at the inlet and outlet of the cooling trough.

Cooling pulleys equipped with water-resistant stainless bearings.

Pre-cooling system with drip mechanism at the trough inlet, telescopically movable.

Pre-heating tank in the telescopic channel.

Pre-heating tank equipped with 3 pcs 10kW tubular heaters and 1.1 capacity circulating pump.

At the cooling trough outlet, a stainless steel blower dryer (50 cm long, 2mm perforated) removes water from the insulation to ensure it remains dry.

Cooling trough assembled from 4 flanged sections.

2-inch pipe for draining water from the cooling trough.

Rubber seals for leak prevention.

Inlet connections: ½”.

Top covers to prevent water overflow.

Wire filters at the drainage points of the trough.
