PAY-OFF UNIT

The drive motor will be a 15kW Siemens square body motor.

Pinhol open-close: 2 pcs 1.1kW Gamak brand geared AC motors.

Open-close gear reducers: Yılmaz brand 63 body.

Open-close motors will be double-sided, allowing each pinhol to be controlled separately or together as needed.

Pinhol open-close nuts will be brass type.

At the ends of the open-close shafts, centering bearings will be used for shaft alignment.

Hydraulic system with a lifting capacity of 5 tons.

Pinhol lifting-lowering bearings will be manufactured from bronze material.

Pinhols will be two-stage (⌀80 and ⌀100), allowing operation with reels from 630 mm to 1250 mm.

Drive motor: 15kW Siemens square body motor.

Drive system: Timing belt gear system.

Suitable for line speed capacity up to 1100 m/min.

Drive motor will operate in synchronization with the accumulator, ensuring the accumulator functions at the desired working point.

Brake system: Pneumatic.

Pay-offs will be PID controlled according to the accumulator.

Protective cage and safety systems included.
